Datura or Jimson Weed is a potent lifesaving medicine and a sacred entheogen in diverse cultures. It has also been responsible for injury, death, and lasting psychological change. Spend an evening with Howie Brounstein discussing Datura, and its twofold relationship with humans.

Rather than romanticizing or condemning the plant, Howie invites participants into a deeper conversation about context, lineage, restraint, and responsibility—asking what it truly means to be in right relationship with powerful plants that do not forgive carelessness.
